Our children or grand children my find themselves holding hands as they kneel in the middle of the street with a gun barrel at the back of their heads being forced to declare Allah as God. We must unite to stand against radical Islam (I said RADICAL). It is in both of our interests.

We must together support our nation which guarantees my right to openly worship my God and guarantees Atheists freedom of speech to openly speak against that very same God. Interesting how the Christian beliefs of our forefathers were directly responsible for creating a society which guarantees the individual to speak openly against the very God who motivated them to give freedom to the people.

America is not perfect. But Radical Islam is the greatest threat in our history to the future of the civilized world. Radical Islam is TOTALLY incapable of destroying our nation by force. If we do not stand against it here and now, though, our nation could fall FROM WITHIN as it may permeate our culture.

I totally agree with you.
It is time to wake up and react to this not-so-peaceful invasion, to this great threat to our way of life.
Why can't we condemn, not even dare criticize a distorted religion which is used as a weapon to destroy our society?
But we must apply and revitalize our moral values in order to do so effectively.
They thrive in our vices and weakness.
Am I crazy?

Islam is not the enemy! It is the people who are muslim but interpete somethign wrogn and in an exagerated manner, radical islam is nto a religiong, there is no seperate religion that this radicalists are in, they are msulim, but thye dont' represent all muslims, they are just the few people who take it too far, like the christians who believe that eveyroen should believe what they believe and non-believers will rot in hell and are hideous people that should be looked down on, that's not christianity, that's peopel who take a religion way too far. Don't say, unite christians and atheits, say unite everyoen in the world who believe sin peace, love and the basica, inalienable rights. God did not give America any kind of duty to spread freedom, the creator, or the forces that brought us together, or whatever, would want us to live happily together, instead of uniting two arguign groups to just argue more with another group. I am a democrat, I'm nt protecting the terrorists, I'm saying that if we want to spread freedom and the unalienable rights, than we shoudl take them away from nobody. It is the people who fear the terrorists who help them win! Terrorists only have power, if we are afraid, and thanks to the Bush administrations reaction and handlign of the situation, we are afraid, and therefore, the terrorists are winning. Stop saying "radical islam" this and "radical islam" that, you are tryign to start a crusade, a religious battle, and you are just tryign to get more people on your side, even if they exisit, as long as we keep the principles runnign our country non-religious, then we will stay united as one country, but if Bush's christian ideals on the war on terrorism, Iraq and issues in America continues, we only seperate more. We have freedom of religion, and seperation of church and state, the second we bring religion into this, we start to fall.

There aren't enough radical Islamists to force their despicable ideology on Muslims let alone the rest of the world. I have a mosque within three miles of my home. It's in the front section of a large lot. Hindus bought the space behind them and built a Hindu temple. They meet different days and so share the parking lot between and share landscaping duties. Different faiths on the same land, respecting each other, going about their lives in peace with all. That's religion I can respect! But more than that, that's a group of people I can respect. When they say they know God I want to believe them. Islamists will never win over such men and women of good will.

Wow! I think you are feeling a touch of paranoia with such an ill conceived notion that America is literally being threatened by a takeover by radical Muslims. We are the aggressive force engaging them on their turf, with a view that the world must behave as seen through American eyes.
They have no designs on the US, and I do not believe we would feel their hostility if we were not always in their face.

Real Christians do not struggle with such things, we are secure in knowing that God will come for us in do time, our responsibility is to find the lost sheep through our witness and preaching of the gospel. Not to strive with governments or religious zealots. Tons of our brothers and sisters have died by the sword, guillotiene as well as other quite horrible deaths. While I don't relish the thought we must be prepared to die for our faith should such things arise again.

Right On! If it is peaceful. All Conditioning aside there is a great point here, and its so obvious that people wont get it. Focus on what is REALLY going on here, All faiths and All anti-faiths GET OVER THE BARRIER, tear down the wall and look at what is really going on in the world RIGHT NOW. Think outside of the box, Look at the bigger picture. Quit all the childish bickering and help out.

America has to get over this Racism and Religionism, All the divisions. Be as devided as you want, but see past it in times of trouble such as this and come together for the GREATER good of our FREEDOM!

Brothers and Sisters do not be distracted by these disagreements. Yes I am a CHRISTIAN, but will I not accept help from an Atheist, just because ha is Atheist? In times of trouble and Life or Death You wont ask what I believe, You'll accept my help. Thats how it is suposed to be. "Heal the sick, Feed the poor, Raise the dead." I dont care if you are a devil worshiper, if I can help I will help and not push my belief on you one bit because what you believe is on you.

For my Brethren in Christ. REVELATION 22:11,12. Let It Be. Be yourself. We are the light, if they are attracted to the light let them come, but if not...let them be. 1 Thessalonians 4:11. Live by EXAMPLE. But if you dont read or listen to any of this, I love you anyway!

For the others, let em make it homie. If they aint standin outside your house with tourches or burning you at the stake, then they're harmless. and its been some time since the last case of either of those senerios went down...Look past the flesh, past the philosophy...the "faith". If a Christian gets stupid with you first, be the bigger person. Theres some weird people out there of all the land and all beliefs. Just another person. let them make it.
If they go to trying to physically harm you, Contact me and I'll defend you. But if you go to physically harm them, i'll defend them. And I WILL.

BE A BIGGER PERSON TODAY!

Your country needs you!

The world needs you!

Humanity needs you!

And for the Politicians and the Patriots. Try to look up infowars.com and prisonplanet.com. Choose your battle wisely.

i am an atheist i don't believe in god as other perceive. i believe in reincarnation and evolution. so I'm not in to god as they say your of him. sorry not. if anything we are on this planet as an alien experiment. and its all gone bad. bad bad. if USA is so Cristian why the **** are they so up for bombing and killing so many innocents. regardless of their Faith its not right. that is not tosay as atheists are right we don't go against anyone. because we have no belief in one or any god as such. just that we are all equal. and have the right to live life as we see fit and right . i do not condemnn any one for any thing i condem the world for globalization and interfering in other cultures. trying to change others to ther way of thinking. if it wernt for the us training people from the Muslim regions they'd not have a problem neither would us. we in the UK would not have a problem with the IRA if the us had not gave them money and weapons. I'm sorry but the world as a whole is to blame for one thing or another. we Britt's to. so its about time we all stopped bitching and sorted it out. one way or another. we are here on the planet together so why cant we all put a stop to the **** and start afresh~?not to say i amagainst any religion. just we all need to re think our ways and thoughts on it as a whole.

Christian or any other religious beliefs never did anything for any nation except keeping it in the dark ages. I t was the enlightened unbelievers that shaped the United States' constitution, why else do you think church/religion and state are supposed to be separate?

Part of your information is faulty. The most influential of our Founding Fathers were diests... not Christians. We owe our religious freedom to their efforts in PREVENTING this from being born as a Christian nation, and instead being founded on the humanist ideals of the Age of Reason. You need to look into that, and update your knowledge base accordingly.

Back to your main point... fine... when radical Muslims show up in the US, running around with guns, I'll stand up with you. In the meantime, you need to stand up with me against the radical right-wing Christians who are engaged in a subversive plot to overturn the Constitution and turn the USA into a theocracy. They represent a much more 'clear and present' danger to the survival of our nation... and of the world, for that matter. Christian 'Dominionists' (Reconstructionalists, Theonomists) have largely usurped the local level political apparatus of the Republican Party, and are engaged in a sub rosa process to politically motivate moderate Christians under the false cover of religious issues such as morality and family values. The goal is nothing less than the takeover of all elective offices in the USA.

Their doctrine comes from the Bible, starting with the term 'dominion' at Genesis 1:28... “And God said unto them, [Adam and Eve] Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have DOMINION… over every living thing.” They interpret DOMINION as: “... a supremacy in determining and directing the actions of others or in governing politically, socially, or personally.”

They want to remake the USA as a theocracy... and they are succeeding.

Its most common form, Dominionism, represents one of the most extreme forms of Fundamentalist Christianity thought. Its followers, called Dominionists, are attempting to convert the laws of United States so that they match those of the Hebrew Scriptures. They intend to achieve this by using the freedom of religion in the US to train a generation of children via home-schooling and in private Christian religious schools. Later, their graduates will be charged with the responsibility of creating a new Bible-based political, religious and social order. One of the first tasks of this order will be to eliminate religious choice and freedom. Their eventual goal is to achieve the "Kingdom of God" in which much of the world is converted to Christianity. They feel that the power of God's word will bring about this conversion. No armed force or insurrection will be needed; in fact, they believe that there will be little opposition to their plan. People will willingly accept it. All that needs to be done is to properly explain it to them.

All religious organizations, congregations etc. other than strictly Fundamentalist Christianity would be suppressed. Nonconforming Evangelical, main line and liberal Christian religious institutions would no longer be allowed to hold services, organize, proselytize, etc. Society would revert to the laws and punishments of the Hebrew Scriptures. Any person who advocated or practiced other religious beliefs outside of their home would be tried for idolatry and executed. Blasphemy, adultery and homosexual behavior would be criminalized; those found guilty would also be executed. There are two conservative Christian pastors in Texas who have advocated the execution of all Wiccans. Ralph Reed, the executive director of the conservative public policy group the Christian Coalition has criticized Reconstructionism as "an authoritarian ideology that threatens the most basic civil liberties of a free and democratic society."

By failing to openly confront this insidious agenda, we have sown the seeds of our own destruction, while these religious wing-nuts are paving the way to Armageddon with gleeful anticipation.
