Make her her own container of trail mix. Mix together some stick pretzels, mini marshmallows, raisins, small crackers, and m&m's and put it in a tupperware container and let it be her very own little snack box. That way, she can have her own container and whenever she wants a snack she can reach in, get a handful, put it in a bowl, and eat it. Very handy and not messy!

I make my kids what I call a "snack plate". It's really quite simple and cheap. I buy carrots, celery, apples, grapes...you know cheap fruits and veggies..... then I put a little of everything with some dip on a plate.. not a lot it just looks that way and they LOVE it. You can mix it up a little with like a piece of cheese or a gram cracker ( just one broken up into it's four parts). This way they get a snack that's good for them AND its fun having such a variety

fruit - apples cut into wedges, or sections of an orange are good. Grapes too, if you think she can chew and swallow it OK. Also dried fruit, like raisins or apricots
A couple of low-salt crackers, maybe with a dollop of peanut butter on them. The low-fat peanut butter is really good, too.
carrots or celery sticks - we used to put peanut butter on celery sticks for a treat. Try sprinkling on some raisins - we called this ants on a log.
graham crackers
low-sugar cereal like cheerios.
little cups of yogurt

At her age you should already be aware of things like carbs and sugars. Fruit is always good but beware of processed ones w/ added sugar. I don't like the chips or cookies for kids, keeps them awake. Unsalted crackers will metabolize quickly and make them sleepy w/ the insulin dump they will have from digesting. And always remember portion control. Nothing bigger than their fist is a full portion. (us too!!!) I have trouble w/ that one. Make sure they aren't eating from boredom or something just to be busy.

My 4 year old and 15 month old love yogurt, even gogurt. I also can not keep apples, oranges or bananas in the house they both eat them like crazy. The fruit and yogurt are perfect, easy and quick.
