I am willing to travel anywhere in California to see and pick-up my puppy (I don't want to ship it). I would prefer a female, with a chocolate smooth coat. Please let me know if you are a breeder or know anyone who is.... I have been looking in the pennysaver but have had no luck. Thanks!

Please be careful with breeders who advertise on the internet.
I suggest looking up a doxie rescue, or going through the AKC.

I know one in Arazona and one in Nevada close to Las Vegas
If that would help.
The one is Nevada is one of the better breeder of dachshunds. She has had a dog at the Westminister show.
