How do Moderate Muslims explain away the teachings of Muhammed which call for Jihad against the Infadel including Jews and Christians, and calls for World Domination and Worldwide Shia Law.
All which seems to be contrary to the life of Peaceful Muslims?

hi, nice 'articulation'
This whole 'infidels' thing totally sickens me. It's the biggest myth about Islam and I wish I could put my hands on whoever 'originated' it. (nothing really I would only convince him to take it back in public! lol)
The divine order in the Holy Qura'an to kill in God's name is abit different from that in the Bible please read:
...“If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods . . . thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people . . . If thou shalt hear . . . Certain men . . . have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods . . . Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword” (Deuteronomy13:6-15).
The Holy Qura'an, however, tells us, in too many verses to list in here, to kill all the enemies of Allah, being all the non-believers WHO ACTUALLY ANTAGONIZE ISLAM. We don't fight those who choose peace. We only kill non-Muslims in holy wars, upon which Mohammed PBUH told us (in Hadith text) to never harm a child, a woman, an old person, or raze a house or hack a tree. If u look into the meaning of this, u will see that these warnings are actually against harming what used to be 'an innocent civilian' in Arabia 1400 years back in time.
Radical Muslims (God I hate to call them Muslims!!) are people taken by rage and revenge beyond any value for human life. Vengance is their only faith. I bet u remember that 'incident' in Iraq about two and a half months ago. A bunch of American Soldiers killed the parents of an Iraqi girl and took her, tore her clothes apart, raped her, killed her, then burned the bodies.
Now if an Iraqi skins u alive, would u really wanna go around asking people the all-time most stupid ""Why do they hate us??""??
When u need to quench the revenge that came to be your whole life and your political regime doesn't think of war as an option, u r gonna end up most probably killing as many random people as u can and leave this world. Stare deep into this and please tell me if u can see any connection between religion and suicide bombing; because I don't seem to find any.

edit: to Mr. Moses
I got that first from 'Reuters Newsmail' then the TV and I'm not responsible for whatever reasons u have for not knowing about it. The whole world was in shock back when it happened. Perhaps u r new to the planet
Feel free to follow this link to Reuters

If u wanna hear about even nicer stories go google for Abu Ghraib (or Abo Ghraib). It's the name of a prison in Iraq where American soldiers had so much fun sexually abusing Iraqi civilians. It was all aired all over the world including american TV and an ever-thoughtful Bush had to apologize for it.
I'm sorry to say that but u sound like the kinda person that watches reality TV and the taploids all day whereas REALITY is the one thing u don't have the first idea about.

There are different meanings of Jihad. Yes, sometimes the term Jihad applies to war, like in certain instances in the Quran when early Muslims would fight against the pagans. In the Quran, violence was always used as a last resort, or when people would threaten the life of our Prophet. The actual meaning of Jihad is a striving or fighting in the cause of Islam. Some phony Muslims have misinterpreted this as violence against innocent people. That's not the meaning of Jihad. Usually it is used to describe a life of service to God through prayer and good deeds.

I personally find the word infidel to be a hateful word, and it's used by fundamentalists, who make up only about 1% of Muslims. Christians also use this term a lot, because the government started this lie, and they believe it. BTW, Sunni and Shia are both Muslim. We just practice a different way. The majority of Muslims are Sunni, like myself. Sunni Muslims conduct their lives in accordance with the Sunnah, which are rules of living practiced by our Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), and which apply to every aspect of life.

Contrary to what this government wants you to believe, it's not Muslims who want world domination, and as I said before, I don't think many want worldwide Shia law, because the majority of Muslims are Sunni. 99% of Muslims believe in being peaceful in our deeds and in the way we speak to others. BTW, It's actually the Christians I've come in contact with who are the most rude and obnoxious ones toward us. Not the other way around.

Dear friend, Muhammad has ever never called for jihad against other religions and their followers. According to Islam and Muhammad all humans are equal and those who believe most are the best nation of Allah( God). Jewism, Christianity and any other religions are respected in Islam. Those who do the thing you jus mentioned are some distorted groups whom we Muslims even do not accept.God bless you and hope to see the day on which Jews ,Christians and Muslims are living in peace.

You see, Moderate Muslims don't call do Jihad on Jews and Christians but the bad ones. Muslims who do Jihad on someone because they are this and that is a sin. Islam is Justice and Tolerant. You see, Jihad is not found ONLY in Islam but in Judaism and Christianity. I am not saying the word "Jihad" but the act of holy war, yes. When Moses (peace be upon him) led his people to the Holy Land and attacked/Jihad on the MIdians and won the land. Well, in Christianity Jihad is similar to the Crusades and Reconquista. Just like you would say your religion is peace, so is ours. It doesn't make sense if one calls Only Islam as a religion of Hate and War when actual holy battles to kill this infidel are found in verses of the Bible, Torah and even the Bhagavat-Gita.

I am an elf & Suliman,

Stop the Taqiyya.

Moderate Muslims do not proestes en mass or attack with tools such as a Fatwah the 'radical' Muslims becuase you are more intesrested in defending the faith that breeds them than in defending our lives and well-being. Despite all eveidence, current and historical, you try to foster the lie that Islam is somehow sepearte from those who committ terror. it does not stand becasue they are the same class; the are defined by Islamic teaching.

Would the two of you do to us what your prophet did to the Jews in Medina? Why or why not?

Girl Wonder,

I am sorry that you function on error. there is no place in the Bible that talks about killing Infidels. Have you thought about educating yourslef?

Same mindset as Christianity had. We need to grow up as a race and start shedding some of our early prejudices and biases.
AND SPEAKING OF PREJUDICIES -"I am and elf" - where did you get that bullsh*t about the girl, and rape and burning bodies and all that crap. That is the same as some Muslims saying that Jews drink the blood of babies and Jews were told to stay home on 9/11.

All total horse-sh*t and so unbelievable that you wonder how people can be that God-damned ingorant. But like I say in my book "God-101" - "Tell people something enough times, with enough conviction, they will believe just about anything!"

how about you do your own research and find out.

all i have to say is that he Fought battles that were forced on him and the few thousand followers of Islam who were persecuted by the pagans of Mecca and Arabia.

they didn't fight until they were ordered by God to defend themselves. they were being killed one after another until God told the Prophet to fight back.

NOW THAT'S THE TRUTH.
whether you believe it or you dont you or the Nazi poop will never change historical facts.

also you'll find NO WHERE the prophet ever saying KILL jews and christians. NEVER ONCE.
prophet Muhammed NEVER killed 1 soul in his entire life

Great question!!!!
I was reading an arabic writer who says that the quran doesn't match the true History of Mohammad. How does a prophet say 'spread peace and love' then in the same breath say ' kill all Christians and Jews?'
Something is deadly wrong with the Muslim religion.

i am supposed to be muslim but i don't think it would be a good idea if one group was in control of the world or law. It would be hell for people who don't believe and you can't force anyone to become muslim, its not right.
