You might be jumping to conclusions, I don't know because you didn't go into any detail, but chances are they are not easedropping. Unless you can think of a valid reason they would, no one would go to the time and expense of spying on some random neighbor. I get interference on my tv sometimes, all of a sudden I hear loud talking for a couple of seconds, like a police radio sound, but I just blow it off, becuase I'm not doing anything anyone would want to spy on.

the police, as said above is probably the best way, although, then you may not be buddy-buddy with your neighbor, but it doesnt appear as if you are now and make sure that you have proof for when they come. Maybe, and it would take a while, you can have really stupid conversations and he would get so bored.

Fashion a hat made out of aluminum foil. You don't have to wear it while you are sleeping, but will want to keep it on while in your house....oh, and be sure to keep your shades pulled.

how do you know that they are eavesdropping? Do you have a cordless phone? Any body with a scanner cb thing can eaves drop.

What on Earth makes you think they are EAVESdropping?
Call your cable or satellite company and tell them you have something INTERFERING with your television and I am sure they can help you.
