I got 3 days to go, this is crazy i have never been scared or flying never. only the takeoffs. Will V5 Help?
Need some Answer. because im going to freak out 8 years of not flying changes a person.

Four words: "Bose noise canceling headphones".... really does it for me after take off this notebook enterainment computer. Two inflight DVD movies. Coast to coast has never been better. V-5's leave me dragging

Unless you take valium often 5mg should take the edge off quite nicely
