They have been paving the road outside of my house all day and now I feel nauseous. I am 9 months pregnant, is it dangerous for me to be exposed to it.

Any fumes are dangerous for both adults and growing fetuses. Since you are so far along you are probably OK, but do your best not to inhale them. Make sure your doctor is aware just in case.

It shouldn't be dangerous however there are some heath associated with the smell of asphalt. (see link below)

It is the fums you will be OK just make sure you get as much fresh air as you can
