The French isn't very good.

It should say:

Ta vie est bonne? Ca va? Merci beaucoup pour le email. Bonne chance pour la fin de semaine, chere amie.

This means : Your life is good? How's it going? Thanks for the email. Good luck for the weekend, dear friend.

The person who wrote doesn't speak French very well. It'S full of errors. It means: "Your life's good? How are you? Thanks a lot for the e-mail. Good luck for the weekend, dear friend."

In correct French, it should read: "La vie est bonne? Ça va? Merci beaucoup pour le e-mail (or "courriel"). Bonne chance pour la fin de semaine, chère amie!"

I would go with Wendy's translation, which is the most accurate. And this person can't be French. Those are not mistakes a French person would make. But it's not bad either, actually.

The online translation links I am appending may not be completely accurate but they will help you understand the "meaning" on your own. Your waiting time will be reduced.
