I want to lose 18 pounds, and lose the fat in my belly, I dont have a lot of time to go to the gym I work and go to school and go home to my child, so I need something that is not the Gym?

lemon juice mixed with water. the acidity make the fat easier to break down

Drink alot of water nearly 10 glass a day. Add some honey to water n drink. Eat lots of veggies. cut down on carbs n fats. Get a workout DVD.. U get get one from library and start working out for 15 mins. It do help.

Drink 8oz water 20 min before you eat.

Drink more water.

Eat smaller portions.

Eat Proteins and Carbohydrates together, they work together to process nutrients, and you actually will feel fuller with a smaller amount. Eat as snacks too... 1/2c peanuts & 1/2 c raisins, 10 crackers with cheese......

These things have worked the best for me.

Go to craigslist.com click on free stuff. I always see those strollers that are made to walk/run with. Take long walks at night and fill yourself up with water. Its amazing what that can do.

eat less and do more--- that is the only natural remedie you need. if you want to lose belly fat use your abb muscles more.

You don't need a gym. Walk, jog, home exercise and reduce caloric intake.

i took kelp from my health shop it reduced my appetite and went weight watchers and got to my goal weight in twelve weeks I'm now between an eight and ten and feel great i was a fourteen

and then run some more

and stop eating everything but green junk !
