ok so i have to choose one person to hang out with today, my cousin or my friend jane... yesterday my cousin calls and asks what im doing today so i said nothing and she asked if i want to go see a movie today, so i said sure, then today this morning my friend jane asks if i wanted to go to the schaumburg high school football game and i said yes to her. and like i want to go with my friend jane rather than my ccousin cause she is 25 and im not gonna have as much fun. i asked my brother what i should do but he made me feel even worse, he said that she is taking her time driving down here [ she lives 45 minutes away ] and spend time with us, and he doesn't want to hang out with her alone... so i don't know what to tell my cousin. cause i really want to go to janes house to sleep over after the game.. and she is my new friend cause if you looked at my other questions, it all explains about my friend situation, and urgh. i need help, what should i do?

If you committed to your cousin first, you should do something with your cousin. Tell Jane that you already made plans with your cousin. You can go to the football game another night. It sucks, but you already committed to your cousin.

on principal you should go with the person that asked you first , but the other person is coming from a distance , explain to your cousin , the situation , could you all not go together? you just have to tell the second person that you have made other arrangement's , when this happen's the next time

ok well i'm sure there will be more then one football game and more then one time you will be able to go sleep at your friends house.....spend time with your cuz...your brother is right and i'm sure you don't see her much!!!!!right.
