I can relate. Forces beyond my control have filled me with SO MUCH anger that I have had thoughts that make the movies SAW and SAW 2 seem humane by comparison. After hours of working out and meditation the thoughts worry me. I'm scared someday I may act on them and the worst part is as time goes on I care less and less about the consequences.

We all have anger and some built up to where we don't know how to handle it . If I am really angry I go for a walk. I think it out and try to reason with my self why I am that angry and I never revenge it on any one. I just relax my thoughts and think of other things. I use self control and I usually win over the anger and go about my way feeling better and my mind is clear of it . I have also practised hitting a softball . I think of the person or situation as the ball and smack it a good one till I am tired. it works for me.

I relate to your anger very well, but I probably handle it in a different way then you, I swallow it, day after day, which is stupid and wrong. Talk to someone you trust, if there is anyone. A friend, a neighbour, a teacher, a social worker. You need help immediately. Go to your nearest free psychiatric center and ask, beg, for help. You are a bomb ready to go off. I can only guess at what caused this terrible anger, you need to talk it out to someone who will listen to you and do something for you. There is help for you. Reach out right now. Get Going.

I dont have a lot of anger, but my brother vents all of his anger on a punching bag. I can relate. I have been so angry at times I just want to kill someone. The best relief to me is work it out physically in exercise. I even have a "slam man" thats a lot of fun to hit out the anger

Absolutely. You need to identify what is causing your anger. if its another person or a difficult situation, then you need to deal with that in a positive and constructive way. Try and see aspects of your life from another point of view. That will help you to avoid the point of view that is causing your anger.

Meditation is a great way to relax - youll be surprised how easy it can be to let go if you really try. Alternatively find an active way to release it. Adrenaline sports are awesome, such as mountain biking, (kick) boxing or parkour. Remember to do all your sports safely!

Yes, anger bothers me. Many days as soon as I wake up I begin to feel angry. It is hard for me to understand why. I live with my mom and dad and I think it may be my living scenario is driving me up the wall. I think poorly on my neighbours and wish I could move in and out of the house with greater privacy. Money also gives me anger. Wanting more than I can afford makes me angry.

Also happened to me as an investor from Germany, when a Romanian partner in business some months ago cheated me and stole about 15.000 Euro from me .... after I complained he sent me guys who splashed tar paint over my car .... and when I went to police they recommended me not to let them take action, otherwise I probably might be damaged physically.

Solution? Suffering in order to improve my soul by devotion ..... I found peace in the New Revelation of Jakob Lorber.
