If your hair breaks easily, i would suggest you start by eating healthy stuff, like fruits and veggies. It's easy to see who is healthy just by looking at their hair. I would shampoo AT LEAST every other day with a shampoo that doesn't use any amonium laryl sulfate/sulfur. An ok product used in many shampoos is sodium laryth/lauryl sulfate/sulfur. Use a conditioning mask weekly. i would suggest pantene pro-v. A very intensive and restoring shampoo/conditioner is pantene restoratives! This one i highly recomend. Good luck with your hair i hope this helps!

First of all, don't wash your hair every day. Every other day is fine for dry hair. I have natural curls and use Aussie hair products. Their 3 minute miracle deep conditioner is wonderful. I use this about once every two weeks and Aussie moisturizing conditioner the rest of the time.
Is your hair curly or straight? If it's curly you shouldn't be brushing it anyway.
Also, Frizz Ezz secret weapon is a great styling product for frizzy hair.

I used to have horrible spilt ends. Mine came from wearing my hair up really tight every day. So first I started by only washing it every other day, because washing it every day takes away the natural oils, and that makes it frizzy. Also, if you have to wear your hair up, try using one of those claw clips instead of a regular elastic band, because elastic bands really do a number on your hair. I worship Tresemme Anti-Breakage and Split Ends. It's kind of a blue-ish green colored label on the bottle.
Hope I helped!

I had this problem and my hairdresser told me the best solution is to buy a salon quality shampoo and conditioner, like Redken or Frederick Fekkai. Sure, its a lot more expensive, but then at least you wouldn't need to buy extra deep conditioners or anything.

A hot oil treatment. When I had long hair, it was dry, but hot oil really helped. Also, Pantene for dry or damaged hair works very nicely.
