A half-hour uncovered at 350 should do it.

RE:
How long do you cook ham steaks?
I got one of those packages of smoked ham steaks and I want to heat them up in the oven (not in a skillet). How do I do it? What temp and how long? Covered or uncovered? There are 3 steaks and they are 1 pound total.

Ham steaks are usually pre-cooked and only need to be heated through. I would put them in a 350 oven for about 15 mins. Don't overcook as they will dry out and be tough. Might want to glaze them with a pineapple or jelly glaze. YUMMY! Good Luck!

If the ham steak is already cooked, just reheat it in an ungreased, incovered skillet at medium high heat until you see the edges brown (the meat will be heated through and some of the juices have carmelized - 'bout 5 mins. on each side)...Don't over cook it, else it shall resemble the leather that belongs on your shoe bottom!

Place on cookie sheet. Spread mustard over ham. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Open can of beer and pour 1/2 over ham (I know it sounds gross, but its really good) and cook for another 15 min. Drink remaining can of beer. I've found, and I don't know why, but Budweiser is the best beer to cook with so I would suggest pouring the rest of the can down the sink cuz I wouldn't drink it.

Smoked ham is cooked. Heat it just long enough to make it warm. The longer it cooks, the gamier it gets and the harder it gets.

They're already cooked so you just need to warm them. I would think 15-20 minutes at 400 should do it.
