for breakfast i have orange juice with oatmeal.
i usually have a snack of fruit or fruit juice in between
for lunch ill usually have steak or pork chops with vegetables or fruit
ill have a snack before working out( usually a glass of milk or fruit)
after i work out i have dinner, with vegetables
also some days i drink fuze healthy infuzions drink or green or white tea

That sounds very healthy but you don't want to have steak everyday it takes a while to digest and can weigh you down.

Wow, you barely eat anything. I think they recommend between 8-10 servings a veggies and fruit a day. If your working out you should eat six small meals a day.

you should add some protein into your diet and some good fat like the one you fin in fish and almonds.
