I had gone to the oral surgeon specialist back in February, however, I was not able to pay for my surgery so I did not have it done, all that I had gone for was just to get the xrays taken and to talk to the doctor. However, since one is bothering me some, not terrible, but some now, I have thought about going back to the specialist and maybe this time I can get the surgery paid for. My question is, I believe that one has come in already and did not bother me, but, will the specialist recommend that I have all of them taken out anyway even if there are some that have come in?

it is hard to say, without seeing the radiographs. They can tell you what they think you should do, and give you an explaination as to why, but you do not have to take them all out if you dont want to, or cannot afford it. Just let them speak and then say I only would like the one out for now.

It really depends on what they said about them when you went in. Why were they recommending that they come out, were they coming in sideways, was there not enough room for them to come in. There are numerous reason why you have them removed. It would be best to talk back to your specialist and ask their opinion.

Wisdom teeth can come in with no problems, but there is also the possibility of them pushing the other teeth into each other and making your teeth crooked. It just depends on how much room you have in your mouth! i had no room and couldnt even get my toothbrush back there to brush them I had to have them all removed!

usually when the tooth has come in and its not bothering you and three's enough room for it to come in... it should be fine... but ur tooth has just come in and so u don't know how it will turn out yet.. but if it gets impacted or it pushes on the other tooth then you have to take it out even though it doesn't hurt you... its better to loose your wisdom tooth then your molar....
