We can be certain that it's a sign of gravity. Other than that, it's at best a "maybe".
To make any diagnosis, your doctor will take a full history, do a physical examination and arrange appropriate investigations. (Ever notice how she/he doesn't ask one question, type the answer into Yahoo Answers, then tell you your diagnosis?)
On the upside, MS isn't really common, so probably not too likely.

the others gave some good theories but I could add it could be " Carpel tunnel syndrome" where your wrists or ankles co lapse causing you to drop something or fall down.since I fell 4 yrs ago from that the cartilage and ligaments in my knee's have deteriorated so the pain will continue to increase until I have surgery in Nov.2006. So yes please do go to a Neurologist and a orthopaedic surgeon only if you've taken a nasty tumble and need medical assistance. good luck!

Falling down unexpectedly can be a sign of a large number of different things, some relatively benign while others are a great deal more serious. If you are falling routinely you really ought to be examined by your primary physician.

You should really go get a doctors opinion hun. Asking the dumb asses on the internet is not a good way to find out. Maybe you are just prone to falling....like Kramer! LOL!....seriously though see a doctor to make sure and ease your mind.

I suppose it could be. It could be from tripping over your own big feet too. It could be from twising your ankle or stepping in a pot hole. You really dont' give enough info here. Only your Dr knows for sure.
