is it safe to cry with contacts on?

yes. you're tear ducts are not underneath your conrnea.

They tell you not to, but I mean, come on. Are you gonna hold your tears until you take your contacts out? I mean really!

I cry with mine on whenever that emotion hits me. It will make my contacts dry and I will have to rehydrate them with drops for awhile, but I wear my contacts at least 12 hours a day, so not crying in them is not an option for me.

I don't believe you're going to hurt your eyes or do any damage by crying with your contacts in. Just know that your eyes will get dry and you will probably end up "peeling" the contacts off your eyeballs if you're not able to rehydrate them quickly.

Yes, just don't rub your eyes too much, or your contacts could fall out. Also, your eyes can get dry, so put in some drops after

Yes, but it makes protein deposits that crud up the contacts. I switched to daily disposables.

it is safe but it will burn like crazy I know I have contacts as well just make sure you have your contact solution handy so you can rinse out your eyes due to the salt
