Does anyone know where i can take a Strip Aerobic Class or a Belly Dancing class near Fayetteville, NC?

Call a local gym near you....especially one for women only. My gym in Houston offers a "Latin Heat" class that also has about 20 minutes worth of belly dancing. It is hard, but lots of fun! If you can't find any, Carmen Electra has some DVD's out that have strip aerobics and belly dancing. Do them in the privacy of your own home and learn some great moves!

Why don't you just buy Carmen Electra Striptease DVD. Don't expect to burn much calories. It's more striping than aerobics. I recently bought the whole collection for $50. I can sell it to you for half of that, if you are interested. I have only watched it once. So it's basically brand new. If you are interested, tell me in "addl details"
