My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Hi there,
The Champ here...
U say u wanna drop 2 size small?
U dont get time at all??
U r wrong dear! Find time for ur body! Take care of it now or it wont for u many years later!
Workout i.e. be active and avoid oily foods! Pretty hard huh... but u hav to do it. Do crunches for ur stomach. 3 reps of ten each must suffice for the first week (consult a fitness expert for this exercise). Also u could walk and/jogg in the early morning. Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water. Water is essential as it is the only factor which is lost drastically from out body speedily. Replenishing it will make a lot of difference. It also helps in improving ur skin's texture!
Away from oily, fatty, fast foods is the best!
Also do some Yoga. It keeps ur body flexible!
Consult a dietician and/or a fitness expet before any step!
Take care and Njoi Life!!

Try to run/jog, take a walk or go to your school gym (if they have one) and walk/run on the treadmill for two hours a day for four days a week. You should see results in two weeks. Drink tons of water, eat all natural foods no sugar or refined carbs.

I would drink alot of water, and do at least do 50 crunches when you first wake up. Walk on your lunch break.

best thing to do is cut carbs, and if you have a chance do core exercises like "the plank" and the old situps still work.
