Its and excellent choice. Once you get used to it, you would want to do it for more days. Your metabolism won't slow down. You will have enough carbohydrates to take you thru the day. Just drink 2 litres of water for the day with it and have a nice variety of fruit. Please add bitter melon. It is the most healthiest fruit ever!!!!! Best answer, isn't it?

Are you serious? Of course you can, but why deprive yourself of one of the healthier things to eat? You can fast for a week of all food except fluids and not suffer serious harm. Not eating for a period of time will slow down your metabolism. It is your body's way of conserving food energy. This is why crash diets do not work. Your body will burn calories at a slower rate,

No. fruit does not provide enough nutrients for your body to survive you need to eat veggies and other natural foods and about a 1200 to 1500 calorie intake a day.

Any time I've fasted, it just made me dizzy and really hungry afterwards. If you are doing it for weight loss, it doesn't create any lasting change, it would mostly be water and come back. An easier way to lose water weight if you want to is to do cardio exercises and drink lots of water and herbal tea. Dandelion tea is a natural diuretic.

its a gr8 idea.ancient indian gurus lived on raw food only and had a long life span.Yoga also puts importance on it.But,u shoul try to incorporate raw food/fruits gradually in ur diet for ur body to adjust well or flatulence may occur. a 2 day fruit break will detoxify & rejuvinate ut system...best of luk

Taking lots of fruit is good for you but you don't want to over do it. When ever the body has imbalanced nutrition bad thing tend to happen. Good luck.
