generally these are the best liquors to add..something with flavor not just alcohol..whisky such as Jamisons is acceptable or Grande Manier...not rum so much yuck!!

Of the ones you put down I would go with brandy, but my personal favorite alcohol to put into my coffee is cognac (pronounced coin-yac).

Try Gran Marnier. Its orange flavored cognac and gives a smooth kick to coffee.

Most people add Irish cream, Kahlua, or vodka. That said, of the three you listed, I would choose whiskey.
