We are fighting because we do not understand the Philosophy about God. We fight because we misinterpret or misunderstand the religious preachings. We do not have deep rooted thinking and study about the religion of God. We fight simply because we want to satisfy our ego. Where there is ego, there is no God. Hence people who fight they do not have God with them. They have only the torturous feelings to prove their point at any cost. We are more interested in proving others wrong than proving that we are right. This is what is the problem with the world today. Everybody wants to have an upper hand and control things and no body wants to be the servant of God. That means we do not want serve the people who deserve the most.

There is One God only for sure-one power that runs the Universe-but we all are not fighting for God-no one can own Him or anything. The reason why all are busy fighting are in the name of religion and for their selfish needs. The main attributes to fighting are -Greed, Anger, Attachment and EGO. If one conquers these there would be no fighting and the world would be a better place to live in !!

Only those who do not know Him will fight for something other than Him. I believe that the debates are heated because those who know God on a personal level wish that everyone else could love Him and know Him just as they do. While there are others who wish others would not know God and love Him.

the question is not if there is only one God--there is only one God !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ali means God in their language. but, a lot of civilizations
don't believe in God. Japan does things in the name of their emperor. there are a number of other countries that are the same ( China), etc. we can't even agree on one belief how are we to expect other nations to understand ?
it takes studying the bible & really working at understanding the words that are used. but, people were fighting before anyone believed there was just one
god, they will continue because everyone wants everyone else to believe just as they believe & that will never happen.

There is only one god. There are loadsa people saying this, agreeing to this. If the same people can also agree to the following, the fight is resolved:
1. There is only one GOD ? - if yes, then
2. The same god created this entire universe ? - Yes
3. This same god created Iran, Japan, US, Artic - the entire earth - or did different gods create it in bits n peices and then say - ok lets put the peices together ? - obviously not - the same god created this universe.
4. Did the same god create all the people in it ? Yes, including Hitler, Osama, Bush, Saddam, Mother Teresa, Dalai Lama, Vivekananda - or did different gods create each of them - very difficult to accept - but obviously yes. Otherwise did many gods create each of them ? if yes, that means there are many gods creating different kinds of people - so are the gods also fighting among themselves - if they did why is the universe still intact - its shud've blown into bits by now.......innumerable number of permutations and combinations - not satisfactory. So the answer is yes - the same god created all lof them. Difficult to accept - but true.

It is not enough for people to magnamiously say - there is only god. What is important is for people to accept is that there is only one GOD and yes, everything and everyone in this universe including everyone's thoughts, habits, attire, worship, every discovery, every invention, everything comes from that SINGLE source. That is the power of god.

The day this understand spreads, politicians will stop exploiting this weakness within people for their personal gains.

We are fighting because we are ignorant (unlearned) and confusion has set in. There is one God check for yourself...
Ephesians4:5 and Deuteronomy 6:4
Why do we take charge and do some of the other things we do?
Because God gave us a mind to choose right from wrong. If He wanted robots--we would be.
An idle mind is the devil's workshop, but if you keep your mind stayed on God-you will be in perfect peace because You TRUST him.

1.Normally, every religious people (either radical or moderate) think and believe that their religion is supreme in attaining spiritual elevation. And underestimate without knowing the philosophy of other religions.
No:2 , if any reforms about the philosophy by modern spiritual leaders (real leaders) , not accepted by customs of old generation either because of fear or because of their ritual customs collapse. or the persons who are doing the rituals , fear about their monetary life, propagate against the reforms.
I can tell from Vallar (Tamil Saint, who told at the final year of his life, I opened the Shop, no buyers to accept the modernisation . He lived just 150 years back).
3. There are great coincidence about Ramakrishna Parahamsha (lived in WB) and Muslim Leader Pro pet Mahmud's Philosophy. If you go thorough their life history, you can understand it. But our senseless faith in old customs never ready to admit the reforms or ready to read the other religious positive facts.
4. If you take about crusade or any type of religious wars, it all happened because of some selfish people who made the innocent people to attack each others.
5.Communal Harmony, scarification , dedication, are gradually going down in Human society.

I too felt about this. but unless otherwise wisdom, politeness, love for human value , sacrifice, selfless immune in the blood of human , the fighting will be always there among foolish humans.

If there is a God as religions speak of , there would not have been so many religons .bercause it is man who made the gods of the religons and appointed him to serve the religons we are fighting . Each God is required to keep a rcord of the sins committed by th eone who does not believe in him and put him into a cauldron of boiling oil when his sould goes to him . wohder if God is in heaven or hell . because the thesinner slso goes and meets the god and if the sinner goes to hell how is that he ses god also there ? Because God is supposed to ask the man who goes to meet him after death what he did .This he does despit e the fact that he is keeping records the sin that the man commits here before his death. May be he is much like the clerks in the Government office who asks you what you did despite having a record in his hand of the complaint against you.So thesinner also either goed to heaven wher god id or the god is also in hell wher the sinner goes .In the records of the one god there person who did not believe in him is the sinner and in the record of the other th eone who did not believe in him is the sinner . so all the names withour exception will be in th elist of sinners of one God or the oters and thus every body withour exception is in the recoerd of the sinners,What a grand wonderful distinction for the humand . when all these people are in the list of sinners of one party or the other , th ehumans have no need to fight among themselves .But the religons have all the need for fighting among themselves as they have placed the gods in hell to wait upon the sinners !to meet them. Wonderful When the Gods themselves are in the hell what is wrong in the humans going to hell to be with the gods?
The humans are perhaps fighting for heaven!

Oil rights and worldly power mostly. Religion is really only used as a crutch to get at these and then it comes down to "my opinion about god is right and your's is wrong" arguments which likely will never be resolved until the world ends at which point we will all find out who's right or wrong.
