He is 5 years old. The condition become worst when you say "don't do that:/ "stop it" or "No".

So we changed the word to "I don't want", "I don't like" and "Please don't do that, thank you" but later on also no use.

Distract him also no use because he is too excited or too angry.

I think you need the help of professionals . As a lay person all I can come up with is Helmets and boxing gloves .

You have probably taken him to specialists, but it sounds like you may have to find some new specialists to work with. More and more is being learned about autism all the time. Find out about parent support groups in your city. Most pediatricians will be able to recommend good ones to you. Get as much information as you can -- from doctors, from the Internet, and from parent support groups. Good luck.
