A friend of mine lose weight eating a half portion of her usual and doing exercise twice a week.

Go vegetarian and only consume fish for animal protien. No fried foods and no sugar. Here's why this diet, more-less life style change, works - What on the menu at McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, or KFC can you eat on this diet - Well I am sure there are a few dressing-less salads but not much else... You may need to cook a whole lot more often but hey it will be worth it when you start seeing the results.

Combine your diet with DAILY excercise. Cardo exercises are good for the heart and body. Running is a good exercise, so is walking (brisk) and cycling. Free-weight training can also help you reach your fitness goals if performed in a circut with moderate weight.

for me it was the diet I described above:

Weight Training 4 days/week (@2hours/day) & 30 minutes of Cardio - running average 6.3 mph on the treadmil 2 days a week.

Sunday is day of rest!

I can't say enough about Weight Watchers, because it's a lifestyle, not a diet. They teach you how to eat properly wherever you go, whatever you do, within reason, for the rest of your life. That's why the weight stays off if you are persistant. There are no eating situations you encounter with Weight Watchers that you can't handle.

I lost 40 lbs by watching my fat intake. The T-factor diet book was helpful. I didn't eat more than 20 grams of fat per day. My husband says to watch carbs, but I didn't. Also watch your portion size.

look ,in the morning u should take boiled eggs bcoz they provide proteins and milk.atleast take 5 eggs everyday.always drink 5-6litres of water everyday,it eliminates many diseases bcoz it takes heat out of u. take green vegetables in the afternoon.
