My mum once made a cup of coffee with gravy granuals.
(yes, it may be genetic!)
What have you put in your food by accident?

I once fed my baby ground almonds instead of baby rice!! Both were dried and looked identical in the jar. Couldn't understand why she kept spitting it out until I tried it myself! I felt guilty about it for years. Got over it now though, and we all have a good laugh about it!!

I'm a terrible cook. Whenever I bake something, I can never get the right balance. A couple times when I baked cookies I didn't use enough shortening so they were hard and dry and tasted like cement. My cornbread tastes like styrofoam. And whenever I make vinaigrette dressing I always use too much sugar or not enough.

Are you from England? If so, could you send me some of that Wallace & Gromit brand Wensleydale cheese? I've been dying to try that. We don't get that here:-D

well for my 10th birthday my dad forgot to give me my cake, so i thought he didn't get me one (he left it in the cupboard, he had a Senior moment!), the next day i made my own, unfortunately i used salt instead of sugar! Needless to say it was a nasty cake!
And my dad made a bolognese sauce earlier this week and his hand slipped when adding the salt, but it was a very nice salt dinner with a sauce on top!!!!!
(I think salt mistakes run in our family too!)

I can't think of anything I've put in, but can think of something I once left out. Soda bread doesn't work if you forget the soda.
