I'm in my mid 20's and this has gone on for years now. Before I go to bed or during the middle of the night, I see an orange or golden glow shine in the room. No more than a couple days later, someone I know or that I am associated with dies. I have been raised as a Christian and do believe in God, but do not attend church regularly. I've heard of this going on in my family, but not too often. Its hard to talk with anyone about because I either scare people when I tell them or they think its all in my mind. I'm totally competent, a grad student studying psychology, but usually when they talk about a person "seeing things" they are totally incompetent and diagnosised with some sort of psychotic illness. Hopefully someone more religious can help me out!
Thanks.

interesting - I wish I could tell you what the goldish lights signify. Obviously you have a spiritual awareness that many will try to write off as your imagination. I am not a Christian because I feel it misrepresents the Creator, but the Creator is real, the spiritual is real. You have a gift; embrace it.

Some of the women in my family have a bit of a psycic gift too. Good luck working with yours. Mine comes and goes, and even though it has accurately predicted a couple things, it was too vague to try to affect any changes. But I have not had any mentors to guide me and teach me to use it properly. I would like to pursue it someday, if the right person can help.

It is very likely that you have some psychic ability. Given the fact that you mention other members of your family having had some incidents like this, I would say you should try and cultivate this ability. It often runs in families.Check out this site: coasttocoastam.com. They often have interesting guests who could help you. Good luck!

You say: " Hopefully someone more religious can help me out".

Why?

Do you want an answer that might help, or do you want someone to sympathize with you?!?

You study psych - lose the fairytales!!
