What do we say when someone sneezes, "God bless you." Why not "I bless you"?
Answer: The act of blessing is inherently one of a greater to a lesser. Thus my being blessed by you from an eez (E wheez) would suggest you as the greater. We say "God bless you" since God would be the greatest blesser.
Thus - when God sneezes...God is all alone. Again, by definition, God is the best/greatest so there would be no one else to pronounce the Gesundheit.
