Practice, practice, practice!
There are many books and online sites that will teach you. You may also want to get a music teacer, but that can get expensive. You may also look at classes at your local university or college.
Good luck!

There is no easy way to do it. You need to spend about 20 minutes to an hour per day working on it. To start with it is 'hell' your fingers wont do what you want them to and it is very dispiriting. But keep going set yourself a prize when you reach some goal and keep at it. After about 5-6 weeks it will all start to click together and will become fun. Go to your local music store and get a starting keyboard book and just work through it. I did it and now I can play Bach and Debussy etc... Or pop if that is your thing. A teacher is really good even if you only have a very few lessons because they point you in the right direction and give you goals but you can set these yourself.
Learning to read music just happens as you work through the keyboard learning process. Again to start with it is incredibly pain-full but it is amazing how quickly your brain programs itself. (If you doubt this think about the first time you played a video game and the ease with which you now get a high score or the first time you learned to ride a bicycle.)
The other way to do all this is to go and join some sort of community activity like a choir or a band or an extension school (local education college) this will give you a group of like minded people to learn with and is also FUN.

If you are really unbreakable, you can do it at home, go and do a search on music, follow what the web says and try one, two ro three times.... i am learning my self music it is not too hard now but in the beginning it was... but go ahead lear theory first by your self and in case you need help get a music professor for 2 or 3 classes... I hope it helps

I've tried "do it at home" programs, but the best way is through a private teacher.
