Jesus is neither white or Black... He is middle eastern color.
Now, to those of you who look at an israeli today and say, well, Israelis are white so Jesus is white. I should refer you to the encyclopedia and please reference the word ZIONISM. The zionist movement was formed around 1890 to take back the promised land of the Jews. Almost 90% of Jews today are of European decent.
So when you try to say Jesus is white: get educated
When you try to say Jesus is black: get educated

P.S. the answer "why does it matter" sucks. It matters for correctness since most people are clueless about historical facts.

I think one thing you do not understand is that, although many of the Jews were dispursed into Europe, for the mose part, they only married fellow Jews. Therefore, it is not correct to automatically assume their color is due to intermarriage with Europeans.
Jesus' forefather, David, was described in the Bible as "ruddy," meaning having redish hair and a fair, pinkish complexion. This seems to confirm Jews were of fair to medium complexion naturally.
There's really only one thing we can know about Jesus' appearance: He didn't have blue eyes and blondish hair, like so many paintings you see everywhere!
Peace.

Why are you asking this question? Seems to me you already know that answer. I think Jesus is the color of every one of His children He put on this earth. As long as I KNOW who Jesus is and I know He died for my sins and I'm living in Him and not the world, that's the best feeling there is to have. I know this because it's in my bible..I'm very well educated.
Be Blessed....

Jesus was black boo boo!
He feet was of Burnt brass and his hair like wool (course)
Middle eastern color came from a mix.....Hiksos , the cursed seed of canan.....they were cursed with Blond hair and blue eyes and no melon in their skin thats why many Caucasian cant sit in the sun and black people can because of the melon in our skin....
Nothing against Caucasians cause black people have their vices...but thats what I have learned through a few scholars

Neither or both. SInce he was to fit in among "men" I think he was given an olive complexion (dark, yet not black). I.e. his skin color should not matter, his essence does.

Jesus' color is not revealed in the Bible for very good reason...so everyone could relate to him. I don't find it that big a deal.

Jesus was NEVER physically described in the bible...prpbably for a reason (gods reasons and not man's) so we don't have any way of knowing.
Let's all turn our computers off and read for awhile.
Feel better?

Jesus's true colour, His true nature as a being of light, is white. While on earth does it matter what colour his skin was?

Its not the color of Jesus that matters, what really matters is what he did, But is a known archaeological proven fact that the first original biblical Jews were people of Color. Most Bible movies of Hollywood may portray biblical characters as white.
