A series of DVDs exists that is called "Pick Your Spot." I have the "Pick Your Spot Pilates," and I absolutely love it. I am pretty sure there are others like this for Yoga. It is a 30-minute workout, but it's devided into three ten-minute segments. So you can, as the title suggests, "pick your spot" and work only on abs, butt, or thighs. Or you can do the whole workout. I like the instructors, and although it seems easy enough, you can definitely tell you've worked out.

I still do the old school Tae-Bo when I have time. I like jumping around and doing all of that cardio. I got a bunch of videos for $1 each a while ago, since nobody buys videos anymore. They also have a new series called Billy Blanks:Bootcamp, that is probably pretty much Tae-Bo.

Never done Yoga, so I have no idea with that one.

I love any of The Firm (includes strength training) and Tae-Bo videos for regular workouts. Both will kick you bootie! As far as Yoga is concerned, I'd recomend the Living Yoga series. there are several to choose from, depending on the type of yoga you are interested in.
