converting file types?

how can i go from a large iso file to a saller mp4? i need to conserve HD space.

And ISO is a CD image...MP4 is a video file. You cannot convert between the 2. You can compress the ISO into a zip/rar/etc. file though. I suggest using AlZip...it's free and supports tons of compressed file types.
