I suffer from the same things. Well, almost all pain relievers aren't too stomach-friendly. You can take Advil (or ibuprofen) AFTER MEALS (or eat something so your stomach won't be empty when you take it). Wait an hour then take Maalox to help you with your stomach ache.
If these symptoms persists, or if you've had them for a long time now, you need to see your doctor to make sure they're not symptoms of something more serious. Have yourself checked by your doctor.

I find that cold packs work very well for certain types of headache. They are filled with gel and are kept in the fridge until needed. They can be placed on the forehead or the back of the neck. Instinct usually tells you where to place it. Massaging the back of the neck on the two soft areas at the base of the skull and either side of the spine can also help. These areas will be very tender when your head hurts so be gentle. Inhaling lavender oil (neat) from the bottle is good also or inhaling the oil after placing one or two drops on a tissue - or you could even place a drop on the collar or neckline of whatever you are wearing. Keep it away from your eyes. Stress causes many headaches so try to relax. If someone else can massage your shoulders for you it will help you to relax. Lying down doesn't always help. Some headaches become worse if we lie down so it's all down to experimenting with what works for you. Pain killers are best left as the final solution when all else fails but your circumstances dictate that sometimes and depending on your timetable for the day - you might have to resort to them. I am a qualified aromatherapist and reflexologist (now retired) and, although I prefer to use gentle methods of treatment for most things I DO sometimes resort to painkillers. We have to use what will get us through the day but I'm glad you are considering things other than drugs.

Most headaches are caused by dehydration. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt. That should fix your headache.
Celery is the number one veggie I would eat to get me over a headache... Celery juice would even be more wonderful. Put your juicer to work.
As far as your stomach aches, they may be related to dehydration as well. With the addtion of a plugged up gut and uric acid, your body is rebelling and sending you strong signals that it needs water... Will you answer the call?. Drinking a glass of juice 1/2 apple/ 1/2 grape juice with a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar will knock out any gut ache and also help reduce uric acid. If you have cayenne, turmeric, and or cinnamon, I would add a dash to my juice for their ability to make your gut more acidic and your body alkaline. The myth is that we have too much stomach acid. The problem is uric acid that sits outside of the stomach where food is trying to get in. If you drink enough fluids, the acidic apple cider vinegar will move the neutralize the uric acid and give your stomach healthy flora to digest food properly.
Until your gut is functioning properly,
fast from eating meat. Even when you do, only eat a portion the size of your hand. Meat can plug up the gut because it digests very slowly.
No dairy: Every slice of cheese and every glass of milk contains thousands of mucous cells. Mucous slows the digestion and fattens you up but milk is not good food for digestion problems.
Avoid sugary drinks. Sugar is like gasoline on the fire that is burning in your intestines.

My grandmother use to give us Gatorade and saltine crackers for the upset stomach and just plain Gatorade for a headache. It worked for us, hope it helps you. Sorry to hear you are not feeling well.
