That means that either you have a folder within a folder within a folder within a folder within a folder (Windows can usually only go five folders deep) or that when you put all the folder names together (c:\documents & settings\logonid\my documents\ thisisthenameofthefolder1 \ thisisthesecondfolder\andfinallyhereisthefileitself.ext) total up to over 256 characters. (Some programs have problems if the path is over 80 characters).
Try moving whatever you are trying so it is not as far down in the folders.
