Yea.. its fake, anything that would want you to send money back is fake... and since its from the netherlands in europe anyone could have made it and just been look for some stupid people to send them 20 dollars

Yes it's a scam.
Some good tests:
1. Did you enter the contest?
2. Are they asking for Money?
3. Are they asking for information, espcially your bank account info?

Its another hoax- no real company that you win a prize from would solicit money to send it to you.

Obviously this sort of thing works or these mails would not be growing ever more plentiful. Suckers are born every few seconds these days.

It's a scam. Don't send them any money or give them your bank account info. You'll never see your money again if you do that.
