I do that to. I broke my hand when I drove it into the floor when I was mad, so I don't punch anything anymore. I drink heavily only when I'm highly PO'd.

I write a poem or start flinging things that are already in my hand, or play music really loud. Depends on where I am I let out this kinda muffled scream that's more like Uggghhh! than Ahhhhhh! And there's always chocolate.

I usually either write, or clean house. And listen to really loud fast music while doing either.

i start singing, really loud and off key. I have found that if i do it in front of a mirror helps me more because i see how ridiculous i actually look.

I listen to music, and I talk to my friends. Sometimes I eat ice cream...try it! Or you could watch the news...its so depressing you forget about your own problems!

Take up an activity like running or boxing or martial arts. If none of those interest you... punch a pillow

I usually work out with my weights. I do that regularly anyway, but it helps me. It's constructive.
