If a girl knows you really like her would she say in her last email of the day "hopefully some random texting will occur over the weekend" I only ask as the girl in question tied to kiss me a few weeks ago & i said its all happened to fast for me & was upset over my comments. since then I have tried to talk about the incident in emails @ work but ahe always changes the subject quickly. Ive also invited her out a few times since but shes 2busy". Should I see who texts 1st or go for the kill & see what happens. Although I dont wana play hard to get I dont also wana appear as being too eager!

Well you see the tables have turned.
Guys are not suppose to play hard to get, atleast in my experience's I have never found a girl that likes to chase a guy but I'm sure there are some out there. She went for the kill with the kiss and you backed off, you might have lost your chance. You need to suprise her and go after her, maybe not with a kiss but just show her that your interested and show her that you made a mistake by backing away from a kiss. For future reference you shouldn't back away from a kiss ever again, whats the worst that can happend. The biggest point I am trying to make is that you SHOW her how you feel about her, don't just walk up and be like "I made a mistake, things where to fast but now I want to kiss you" just not smooth, you really need to show her how you feel by taking her on dates and stuff. Now you said that she is always to busy to do something, next time ask her when she won't be busy and when you can hang out with her, if she says I dont know, or I'm not sure and still doesn't make plans with you, you might as well just move on.
To summarize you might have made a fatal mistake by pulling back but if you show her how you feel you might be able to bring her back.

Well, if she tried to kiss you and you told her that it was going too fast, she probably felt rejected and thought you were not interested, and now you are calling her to go out?! I'm sorry but I don't understand YOU.

She is definately feeling rejected and is probably a little upset with you. Women don't take rejection very well. I would not over do it to get her, but she wants you to show her that you do care.
