My partner and I saw "a frivolity of chocolate" on a dessert menu once. Still makes me laugh. Descriptions of food & drink can be so ridiculous. Saw a wine described as being like leather and tobacco. Might even have been in the same restaurant. Needless to say, we stayed well clear of it. Did have the dessert though. Nothing in the least bit frivolous about it. I take my chocolate very seriously.

I once went to a restaurant where you didn't have a menu... you got a flag, a big steak knife and a fork. The waiters came around with various steaks from various animals... croc, springbok, antelope, ostrich, snake, beef etc and you could take as many from as many platters as you like. They only stop bringing the steaks to you when you put your flag up... almost like 'I SURRENDER!!! STOP FEEDING ME!!!!'
