There are some stories on those lines (see below), but I doubt, with the current lines of rule, that Saudi Arabia will be an offensive nuclear threat to anyone in the middle east if the stories are true--as things are and they can change.

However, if you are drawing from things like the InvestorsIraq link below, it is pure anti-Bush bilge.

No my friend, they are not a "Nuclear Force", but they are whats considered an "Oilier Force" controlling the worlds oil prices, seeing they sit on a "Sea-Of-Oil". Most Oil-Rich kingdom on earth. When their new king took over after his fathers death, believe it or not his name was "Hussein" also, His first act as king was to raise the price of Oil $2 a barrel. Like they really need it. Saudi Arabia bombed the World Trade Center! They are responsible in part for 911! Who cares if they are nuclear?
