Unfortunately that would be illegal!!?!?!?
But I think you might find this link usefull as it is a totally free and legal Autocad clone. It looks like and can open and save files in Autocad .dwg and dxf formats.
To be perfectly honest i dont see a good reason to buy Autocad.
