My son will be turning 3 at the end of September. What are some fun locations for a birthday? There will be ~20 guests. My apartment is too small, and the weather will be too cold for outdoors. I'm looking for something creative.

I am looking for general, generic locations that can be found in any city. For example, a park...but it's going to be too cold for a park.

See if you can have the party at the home of a friend or family member. I'm actually having a Costume party that same week-end for my God-Daughter. I thought it would be fun for the kids as they can all be in costume and win prized for most creative, most colorful, and best costume...as well as door prizes like cute Halloween bags, buckets, glow sticks, flashlights, and so on...Kids only get to dress up for one Holiday a year and with Halloween around the corner I think it will help parents to shop early for better costumes...besides...Kids love to be dressed like their favorite characters...why not let them do it more than once...It's sure to be fun and Sylvie is really looking forward to it. Good luck with whatever you do.

I hope your aren't inviting 20 three year olds! If so, you are crazy. If the 20 people are mostly adults then have it at a pizza place. If you are crazy enough to have the majority of the guests be toddlers then have it at a McDonald's that has play equipment. Keep it simple. Call ahead to reserve it for your party.

Go to either McDonalds or BurgerKing, i've done this b4 and they don't mind that you're celebrating a little one's bday.

Bring your own cake and gifts and the kids can play between bites of food and what not. Talk to the store mgr and see if they will let u purchase just the ice cream or meals.
