First of all it's open to everyone of the diffent racial background. I don't hate my race if that's what you guys are thinking. I'm 100% BLACK and proud and of African decent.But it gives me much melancholy when i hear of the surge in Blacks wickeness and cruel acts in America. I haven't been offended by any black at all. Talk about Rape and sexualt assualt. it's 69% chance for black man to have committed such offence. if you are black you are liable to unwarranted ser Gangterism, Blacks are the masters. High school drop out. they are among the top 3. Teenage parents,they forgot to use the medula oblongata when they were having sex. Robbery, it's undeniable that we aren't the one's who mostly perpertuate this act . Drugs, 70% of drug dealers in jail are blacks. Most criminal records. Blacks had being breaking this record since 100 yrs ago. Why Why why why why. Why are we so bad!!! MAMA Africa, Our centrifugal mother can't be happy with us!!

If a white or any other racial group sees us at midnight or if you wanted to make friendly overture to them , they run away think you want to rape them. We are subject to police unnecessary search since we look like drug pushers.

well, blacks may do most of the petty and street crime, but look at real financial looting Enron and World Com, I believe the board members were white! White collar crime is the most serious crime.
the reason lies in history, blacks in USA were enslaved broken off from their traditions and finally released from this only in the 1960s. So in the past 40 years the situation hasn't improved enough to make African Americans as full members of society, the legacy of slavery and segregation is there. African Americans should connect more to their native continent, and see what they can do to understand their own black history, culture and identity, to renew the bonds with mama africa!! mama is the answer trust me.

very tough question! Before I say anything else, I'd like to point out that some of the most amazing athletes in the USA are black, so it's not all bad.
I think the problem largely lies in bad role-models. Rap stars project this lifestyle of getting rich or die trying. But also black fathers (like any other) have to take responsibility for their children and family, not just to feed them but also to set a good example, by being there for them and make sure they go to school. You don't need a college degree to play that role, just a bit of back-bone.

first off i am a white male. and i dont have any problem with black people. i dont care what color or race anyone is. some people are just extreme racists. and that is just not white people. i work with the public and have had blacks be racist against me. it is just a sickening problem caused by people that are a.ss holes. i treat people with the same respect they show me. the only negative thing that i will ever say about the black culture is that gangster rap is horrible. it makes colored people sound like a bunch of hoodlums. what ever happened to good music. otis redding, he is black. great music. sitting on the dock of the bay. everyone loves that song. but this crap of talking about shooting people or pimping girls is disgusting. thats not music, its trash talk. and i am a highschool dropout. but i work constantly. i listen to classic rock, great music. and no great artist has ever been dropped from classic music because of color. sorry but otis redding is my favorite. that guy has a great voice. im not saying black people dont get picked on. im not a police officer. and i wouldnt want to be one. but it is a well known fact here that when the police see a car full of black males they automatically pull them over. its because 90% of the time it is a guaranteed arrest. mostly for drugs. or stolen property. i dont like most police officers. but if they get a 90% arrest from blacks i dont blame them. i work for what i own. and if it gets stolen i want that person to get arrested. i never steal at all. and i think all people that do should get arrested. i really hate thieves, they should get a job and work like the rest of us. the crap about i cant get a job is lame. thats just a lazy person.

It looks like in the news that there are just as many women going to prison as there are men, no matter what race. Would this also fall into the category of any racial group?
When I do watch the news about my city, I see about the same number of blacks and whites, and men and women who had committed some crime. So, I guess it is different in each city.

The statistics are of those who have been caught.
A white man is more likely to be a serial killer/rapist than a black man.
The only way to change the stereo type is to change how people think, it is so ingrained in America that most blacks are gangsters, drug dealers, and wife beaters that it's hard to see to majority is good. I've had black friends and skin color doesn't mean a thing to me. Did you know that ALL mankind originates from Africa? That is one thing that (most) Christianity and Evolution agrees with. Humankind originated somewhere in Africa, we are all connected to the beginning of life in some way. Whites didn't evolve in Europe and Hispanics in another place, and Asians in another. We all come from one place, which is why racism has never made sense to me. Basically we are all related. (bty Jesus was not white, he couldn't have been, he's a Jew. He most likely had black curly or wavy hair and dark skin.)

Simple,when you won't go to school or when you do go you don't learn anything you make yourself a second class citizens.Being dumb to the world around you you don't fit in and now rebel,not only against your own race but all of them,so you resort to stealing,gangs,rape,murder,robbery.Being in such a depress state you don't nor won't believe in god,values but your own and it's almost imposable to reach you cause you begin to think that this is all life has to offer me.It's all because of our own stupidity.It's like that old saying," You can lead a horse to water,but you can't make it drink".Most blacks choose not to drink.If you never had anything,how on earth can you keep what you got?Sure we know the history of blacks and what was done to us in the past, but at some point you have to want to rise up and be a better person for yourself,but we are a day late and a dollar short of doing it,so the ones who are in fact bad make us all look bad. When i see so much hate i sometimes wish GOD would come back and end it all,but we have to keep trying so i do.

I agree with your point of view even though I have a different background.
I believe alot of this comes from no strong authority figures in their lives who teach them what respect for others & true self respect is.
It is sad that we live in a country with so much promise yet our young people prefer to throw all of it in the trash for the thrill of the moment.

it is a shame that this falls on us as a people. stereo typing is not right and should be changed, one can not change people's heart or mind...we must be proud of who we are and not study these foolish people that think this way..it happens in all races and each group blame the other race of being bad. they do not think of the good things people do but the bad things people do, regardless of color or race...it is unfair, what can one do except know your own truth..
