My boyfriend is moving out next week into a house. It will be the first time hes on his own. What would be a really good housewarming gift for him (Like an anctual gift. Not sex or me in lingerie)

A good drill. (Dewalt 18V Cordless is good -- don't get anything less then 13.6V -- they're all junk.).
This is a very nice gift. (Approximately $175...) It's practical and shows that you are supportive. He's going to need one.

I think a good thing for a guy with his new home would be some dishes. The man has to eat . And possibly with the new dishes you could cook him diner as another gift.

KITCHEN AND BATH TOWELS, LINENS SILVER WARE PLATES GLASSES,CLEANING PRODUCTS,TOLIET PAPER, STUFF THAT MEN DO NOT THINK OF,LIKE A SHOWER CURTAIN,RUGS,MOPS AND BUCKET,, A HOSE FOR OUT DOORS.....THE LIST COULD GO ON AND ON BUT U GET THE IDEA,,A MICROWAVE IS PERFECT AND A LOT OF STUFF U CAN GET A THRIFT STORES OR DOLLAR STORES HAVE FUN

if u have some money then buy him something expensive like a dvd player, tv or videogames etc something electronic .. he'll love that like microwave .. but if u cant afford it then bake him some cookies, or brownies .. guys love it and think its rlly sweet .. make him something to eat .. or even a giftcard to like blockbuster or u know .. home depot .. etc
