Because they expect the world to live the laws of Islam.....
They want the world to convert and us Infidels are nothing until we do....

You are entirely right in saying that the Holy Quran states that all Muslims should follow the laws of the land that they live in. I myself am a British Muslim and I do respect the laws of Great Britain.
However, to generalise ALL Muslims as being people who do not follow the laws of the land that they live in is absurd in the most extreme.
For example, it is a religious law that all Muslims should not drink any form of alcohol, but British law allows its citizens to drink alcohol responsibly. For a Muslim to not drink alcohol will not infringe British law in any way. On the flip side the penalty for theft under Islamic law is either imprisonment or the chopping off of ones hands or feet, depending on the number of times the crime was committed. Under British law the penalty for theft varies from electronic tagging to imprisonment.
Now, I have never, ever heard of any case where someone has cut off someones hands or feet as a penalty for theft in the UK, have you? I have also never, ever heard of any case where any part of sharia law was carried out where the result would be the breaking of British Law.
Therefore, I can conclude that the vast majority of Muslims living within the UK are highly committed to following British (English, Scottish, Welsh) law.

exactly. whatever that contradicts the quran is WRONG. ask them to ride a camel then. even if it is not. People will try to twist and turn it's meaning just for their own purpose. if they believe in allah so much, why didn't he create an all muslim population. why are we non muslims here. So that we can be killed by them for fun ??? exploding, and chopping our heads are amusement for them i suppose.

Well i don't know if this is a rumour or not but i heard that they are considering having muslim law in parts of the UK instead of English Law. So if they do then they will be obeying their own laws and not english law.
