I think you should give on your self just yet, I think you should try and do some walking around and if you can't walk I think you should try and do some excerises lay on the bed. oh cut out the junk and bread.
For the sex part I really don't know what to tell you. you should try playing with yourself. Just the fact that you want to have sex that mean you want to live. Listen we all need help each other and motative each other. I am a big person too, and my doctors always on my case about looseing weight.
