my reaction would be involuntary and smelly

"involuntary and smelly" - now that is funny.
Prayer and try to keep calm. Terrorists work on a plan that can not change (it is never random) - since there is a plan, there will be a time when something goes wrong and I will act at that time. How I act will greatly depend on the situation.

Try to disable them through Aikido, a martial art that practices non-violent disarmament of your foe.

Since I don't want any more inocent people to die .
Even though I'm older and not really in great phycical shape I would join in when the others tried to stop them , because I would rather die trying to help others than to die a coward .
At this point in time I believe that everyone { well most } would be thinking the same way , STOP THEM OR DIE TRYING !

I would try to kill them. If I am going to die I want to atleast try to take one of them out with me.
