She wants to know your plan of action. As in; what exactly have you planned? if dinner – then where, what type of food, etc.

It means that she is curious as to what your plans and intensions are... because she may have some additional plans and intentions of her own, and can then figure out where in the evening to include her plans to complete a successful night out or in.

Probably just seeking information regarding plans, your interests, and where this is going. Like if you were atking her to a football game and she hated football...etc. She may be trying to see if you share the same interests. before dating someone, it may be best to see if you will both enjoy the plans of where the date is going.
