I can understand her using a handicap parking spot if she was waiting for, dropping off or in attendance with the person the tag was issued to but to reserve a handicap parking spot at a place of employment where the individual is clearly not disabled is deemed in direct violation of American with Disability Act. The establishment in which she is employed has policy guidelines in accordance with ADA laws and if not implemented the establishment shall be find and subject to legal action by the state.
The establishment is obligated to take necessary actions to the party mentioned in violation to employment policy and to the letter of the law. I was told in order for you to report a violation of a handicap parking spot you need to take picture of vehicle
s license plate and it in the handicap parking spot and contact the police forgery hot-line. It's not impossible for someone to obtain a handicap tag or license plate by one of 4 ways. By either 3rd party through illegal means whether purchased or given to for free, by stealing the tag, falsifying information on medical condition to obtain a tag or forgery of a tag.

Hell I think there are way too many handicap spaces anyway. What a crock of sheat that they get there own personal spaces. Hell the real "handicap" people all have electric wheelchairs anyway. So they can park wherever they want and just get into there power chair and sit there as there chair drives them in. Why do they need a close parking spot for that?
And if they are soo incapable of walking around a store.. Then they should drive around the parking lot waiting for a good spot like the rest of us.
But as usual the Liberal idiots are all out there crying about one thing or another. Making the rest of our lives harder.

I have a handicap - stuttering. I have a handicap sticker and I park in the handicap spots, and I run from my car into the store.

doesnt have to be physically visible: could be diabetes, epilepsy, back problems etc..
I dont like to see able bodied people use the disabled bays but i must say i also get pissed off when i go to the supermarket late at night and i have to park my car the other side of the car park cos all the bays near the store are reserved for disbled. It works both ways.

i agree with you and i think that you could report her to the police and have her prove that she is entitled to park in a handicap space. there is usually a fine that goes along with it.

I agree- Most of the people who do that just think that they are too good to follow rules and laws.
