I got this message "Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named 'Help and Support' "

So how do I fix this problem?

I tried to do a keyboard diagnostic, and asked for troubleshooting, then it said start help and support, i believe this is something like run MSCONFIG? I cant find it there. How to I "manually" start it.

Simple

1. Click Start --> Control Panel
2. Double-Click on Administrative Tools
3. Double-Click on Services
4. Services window opens up
5. Look for "Help and Support" service, double-click it when you find it
6. The properties window for this service should pop up
7. On the General tab, there's a drop down list for "Starup type:", make sure this is set to Automatic
8. Finally, on "Service status:", if you see the word "Stopped", click on the Start button below it to initialize the service
9. Now run Help and Support

Left click on the Start button
Left click on Control Panel
Left click on Admisitrative Tools
Left click on Services
Scroll down to Help and Support, double left click on it
Make sure Startup type is set to Automatic
If the Service status is not Started, left click on the Start button

This allows the Help and Support service (feature) to run on your computer.

Open Control Panel and click Administrative Tools, then Services. Find the Help and Support service in the list, right-click it, and choose Start. Now you should be able to access Help and Support from your Start menu.

Right click My Computer, click Manage. In the window that comes up, expand Services and Applications. Click Services. On the right hand side of the window, scroll down to Help and Support. Right click it and choose Start (or restart).
