no - cancel the cards that they opened. if you have a good credit rating then i am assuming that you want to keep it that way. put a fraud alert on your credit report - cancel the cards b/c if they don't pay your credit score goes down the drain . and the money that they spent on the card you don't have to pay back b/c of the fraud protection on the cards all you have to do is report it.

lol, i love the answers listed here,
but you shouldnt let them keep your identity,
you could cancel the cards, because you know your personal information, but you can also try to get around closing them, and keep them open for yourslef, and maintain the clean status they did, being in the middle of identity theft is never good. trust me.
