iam looking for cute hairstyles for my daughter she just entered middle school. she normally wears a headband because i wont let her go to school looking like a witch . she has no bangs but her hair still sits in her face..i looke at a few websties but they werent really helpful as to showing me what to do

Why don't you try layering her hair. If she doesn't want bangs then have her hair cut just a bit so it shapes her face without falling too much in it.

Layers are really back in style ( the shag look) and makes the hair lighter and more full. Also she can keep the length in the back if she doesn't want it too short

bring her to a salon and look through some books and ask the hairdresser what they think...you should probably cut bangs for her...especially side bang are in style rigth now, and layer the rest...you need to teach her how to blowdry her hair if its not already strait...and if she not up for styling, at least the bangs everday, then maybe she isnt ready for a 'style'

You can never go wrong with layers, it adds something nice, rather than plain, but you should buy a few hairstyle magazines and look at them together and see what you like.
